My story begins in March of 2015. As a professionally trained chef and mother of 3, I realized that I couldn't keep up the crazy hours of being a chef full time. So what did I do? I opened up a cottage bakery so that I could run on some crazy hours from home AND still be a full time mom. Phew! Yes, I am a little crazy for doing that but it's that crazy in me that will take on the projects and visions you have in mind.
All my life I have heard "You're either a chef or a baker..." and I believed it for quite some time because Lord knows that I did not have the patience to bake. Measuring and "softening butter" were not in my vocabulary. I am a "let's see what this does" kinda girl.

Well, it turns out that I am both. Yes folks, I am a chef AND a baker! I can make a mean chocolate chip cookie (which is my signature item), loaves of bread that have the right amount of crisp on the outside, simple pastries that do not overwhelm and I can basically paint whatever your little heart desires on the most delicious vanilla bean or chocolate fudge cookie ever! I love to throw my sense of humor in the mix as well by offering "specialty cookies" for those with quirky requests. As long as I'm not asked to throw some hate on my cookies, I'll make it for you.
